How many bundles will I need?

Each bundle is 3.5oz. For a full sew-in weave, the average person requires 3 bundles. The hair is sold by weight not by length of weft; meaning (the longer the hair is the more bundles you may require. I recommend 2 bundles for anything 16" or shorter, 3 bundles for 18"-26" and 4 bundles for 28" and longer.

Can I color my hair?

Yes, you may color the hair. Keep in mind that once the hair has been colored or dyed, it will no longer be considered virgin. Please seek professional coloring experts. Coloring your hair without proper procedure will damage your extensions. 

How long will my hair lasts?

With proper care, hair extension bundles will last between 1-2 years. Lace closures and Lace Frontals have a shorter ife span of 1-2 months or 1-2 uses, and typically need to be re-applied and strictly maintained in order to get the full wear.

How long does it take to ship and process the orders?

Processing takes 1-3 business days after purchase. PLEASE NOTE: (When checking out with Klarna as your payment method, your order will have 1-2 additional processing days.) Shipping takes 5-7 business days AFTER processing time unless you have spoken with us personally and we have promised you an earlier processing and shipping time. After your package is shipped out you will receive a tracking number via email. Someone must be present upon package delivery to sign for your items. You can also call our store located in Capital Heights MD to see if what you would like to purchase  is available for pick up.

What is your return policy?
